Chicago Fun Times

just got back from an awesome trip with my handsome fella.  almost 8 years and we finally take our first "just us two" vacation.  where do we end up going?  chicago. due to the cheap flight tickets and the amazing deal on the james hotel (both for less than $900 for 4 nights - beat that!).  now i have a new favorite travel destination!  cant wait to return.  basically forced the boyfriend to be my photographer for the weekend.  poor guy needs a lot more practice, guess ill make him take more pics of me =).  evening outfit pics below. stay tuned for more chicago pics...

mechanical bull... all i can say is that it should be attempted at least once in a lifetime...
the laughter that comes after is worth the humiliation... unless your a guy of course.

Texas weather sucks since its always so hot and unpredictable... but it has its advantages at times.
*i.e. At Houston Press Summerfest for the second day in a row with high 90 degree weather...
sprinkling rain is the perfect solution to a pit full of sweaty fans eager to see Chromeo.

Nonetheless... you gotta love texas and chromeo.
